STEP & STRENGTH
Boost your workout with a high-energy mix of strength training and step aerobics! This class combines powerful lifts with fun step routines for a full-body blast that builds strength and endurance. Get ready to lift, step, and sweat your way to a stronger you!
SILVER SNEAKERS CIRCUIT
Enjoy a fun, music-driven workout with exercises to boost strength and flexibility. Use hand weights, resistance bands, and Silver Sneaker balls. Chairs provide support for seated and standing exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels, including those recently out of physical therapy.
SILVER SNEAKERS CHAIR YOGA
Experience a full range of seated and standing yoga postures with chair support to enhance flexibility, balance, and motion. Enjoy restorative breathing and final relaxation for stress reduction and mental clarity. All are welcome—no senior status required!
YOGA
This class offers a relaxed, welcoming space to stretch, move, and breathe - no matter your experience level. With clear guidance and plenty of options for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Expect a balanced mix of strength, flexibility, and stress relief without any pressure to be perfect. Come as you are, move how you can, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.
WALK & WEIGHTS
A high energy indoor class blending brisk walking with simple strength exercises-rain or shine! You’ll rack up 3,000 to 4,000 steps and leave feeling energized and accomplished!
FULL BODY BARBELL
Get ready to transform your entire body with our high-octane barbell workout! Using a barbell loaded with light to moderate weight, you'll power through high repetitions and feel the energy surge through you. With results that’ll have you hooked and a class designed for every fitness level, you’ll be crushing your goals and loving every moment in no time!
TOTAL BODY TONE
Gear up to smash your fitness goals in this high-energy boot camp class! With a fresh, weekly lineup of body weight exercises, heart-pumping cardio, explosive plyometrics, and more, you'll never hit a plateau. Coach Blake’s high-energy barbell and dumbbell workout will have you lifting, sweating, and grinning from ear to ear! Whether you’re a pro or a newbie, Blake’s explosive moves and motivating techniques will power you to smash your fitness goals!
DRUM FIT+
A full body fitness class that combines cardio, strength training, Pilates and drumming using weighted drumsticks! Fun and fast paced and a sure calorie crusher! PLUS...some strength training, line dancing, Step...Sure to be a lot of fun!

Strengthen from the inside out! A dynamic , low-impact workout that builds core stability and enhances overall body awareness!
HIIT the PLATFORM
